Individual Therapy

45 MIN SESSIONS | $250 PER SESSION

For adults (18+) seeking support with perinatal mental health, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and cultural identity.

Your first session is an intake where we will talk through what brings you to therapy and I gather information on relevant parts of your personal history. The intake helps us to identify goals and a treatment plan for our work together.

Ongoing sessions focus on deeper exploration, insight building, and developing practical tools and skills to support meaningful change in daily life.

Couples Therapy

75 MIN SESSIONS | $275 PER SESSION

For couples navigating differences or life transitions, a space to strengthen communication and deepen connection.

The first two sessions focus on understanding your relationship more fully, including strengths, challenges, and recurring patterns. We will collaboratively define therapeutic goals and areas of focus, which guide our continual work together.

Ongoing sessions focus on slowing down conflict in real time, improving communication, and helping both partners feel heard and understood. We will also work on developing new ways of relating that support connection, repair, and long-term growth.

Telephone Consultation

15 MINUTE CALL

A brief, complimentary call to talk about what you are looking for, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

During this call, I will share more about my approach and answer any questions you may have about therapy or the process.

You can reach out through the contact form, email, or phone to schedule.

We begin with a free, 15-minute phone consultation. We will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping will change, and whether my clinical style feels like a good match for your goals and needs. If you are ready to move forward, we will schedule your first session.

02

Initial Intake Session

In our first session, we will talk through what has been going on recently, explore your background and relevant history, and begin identifying patterns and goals for therapy. By the end of this session, we start shaping a direction and therapeutic treatment plan that feels tailored to you.

03

Ongoing Therapy

This is where we do the deeper work. We explore patterns, process experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for change.

This may include understanding how past experiences are showing up in the present, working through emotional responses, and learning new ways of coping and relating. As things shift, we adjust the work together based on what feels most helpful and relevant in your life.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate

As of 2022, a new law requires health care providers, including mental health clinicians, to give clients who are paying privately (not using insurance) an estimate of the expected cost of services before treatment begins.

You can ask any health care provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
