Whether you are navigating the emotional rollercoaster of trying to conceive, managing the anxieties of pregnancy, or deep in the postpartum trenches, this season can be fraught with intense emotions and overwhelm. I provide a grounded, judgment-free space to help you untangle the anxiety, process the unexpected, and find your footing in this new chapter.

Line drawing of a flowering plant with elongated leaves and small flowers.
A woman sits on a tan leather chair holding a baby in her arms, with a mug in her hand. She appears to be looking at the baby, who is dressed in green. There is a window with white curtains behind her, and a lamp on a nightstand next to her. The room has natural light and a mirror behind her reflects part of the room.

When the "happiest time of your life" feels completely overwhelming.

Society tells you that growing a family should be purely joyful. But the reality is often far more complicated. You might be grieving the sudden loss of your pre-baby identity, feeling crushed by the invisible mental load, or quietly battling intrusive thoughts that make you question if you are doing this "right."

For driven, high-achieving women who are used to being in control and excelling at what they do, the unpredictable, messy nature of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum can feel deeply destabilizing. When you add the heavy weight of cultural expectations, generational family dynamics, or uninvited parenting advice, it is incredibly easy to feel like you are constantly falling short.

You do not have to white-knuckle your way through this profound life transition. Therapy provides a dedicated, culturally attuned space to process the grief, rage, and anxiety that no one warns you about without any fear of judgment or pressure to "enjoy every moment."

The parts of pregnancy and motherhood people don’t always talk about

Therapy is one of the few spaces in your week where you don’t have to hold it all together or present yourself in any particular way.

There’s no pressure to perform, fix everything quickly, or “get it right.” Instead of trying to push through or “life-hack” your way into balance, we slow things down and look at what’s actually happening underneath these shifts. From there, we begin building something more steady and sustainable for you.

In Our Work Together, We Will Focus On

Navigating Identity Shifts

We'll make space to honor both who you were before motherhood and who you are becoming, helping you integrate these parts of yourself without the heavy weight of mom guilt.

Quieting Anxiety & Self-Criticism

Using practical, evidence-based tools, we'll help you regulate your nervous system, manage intrusive thoughts, and quiet the inner critic that tells you you're falling short.

Making Space for Grief & Healing

Whether you're healing from infertility, pregnancy loss, or birth trauma, we'll create a safe space to process your experience at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

Breaking Generational Patterns

We'll gently explore the family patterns and cultural blueprints you've inherited so you can intentionally choose what to carry forward and what to leave behind.

Strengthening Your Relationship

Together, we'll work on balancing the invisible mental load, improving communication, and rebuilding connection so you and your partner feel like a team again.

You are not meant to navigate fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum changes without support.

Support Through This Transition

If this is a season of fertility, pregnancy, or early parenthood that feels heavier or more complicated than expected, this can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and feel supported through it.
